IVECO BUS, a brand of Iveco Group and stated to be one of the main players in sustainable mobility in Europe with its innovative solutions in passenger transportation, exhibited its three vehicles at BUSWORLD Turkey, which took place on May 26-28.
It is stated that IVECO BUS, which is reported to operate in more than 40 countries, has decisively expanded its global activities. It is stated that the brand offers a full range of products for passenger transportation, from city buses to intercity buses, from tour buses to minibuses. IVECO BUS underlines its commitment to the development of low-carbon public transport systems, in which it supports ongoing synergies in the transport sector, both in public and private initiatives, and in which sustainable mobility and alternative fuel and traction systems will be fully featured.
It is noted that IVECO BUS, which is a part of the global organization Iveco Group, which includes FPT Industrial, the world leader in advanced power transmission technologies, is one of the rare manufacturers producing in all product groups. It is stated that IVECO BUS, which is sold worldwide, has a high market share in Europe (22.3% in 2021) and continues to grow in South America and Africa.
IVECO BUS has reached a market share of 40 percent in the natural gas market and has had the opportunity to show its leadership in Europe with a double increase in electric bus production between 2019-2021. It is emphasized that it has chosen to participate in BUSWORLD Turkey, taking into account the visitors it hosts not only from Turkey, but also from Central Asia and the Caucasus, where the low and zero emission bus market is growing.

“CROSSWAY, exhibited at BUSWORLD, has a length of 12.9 meters, 59 seats, 4 of which can be folded, a lift platform for wheelchairs, a single-wing front door and a double-wing middle door and air conditioning. Paired with a 360 HP (265 kW) Cursor 9 EURO VI-e engine, the vehicle features 5.1 m3 of space for suitcases and 3 m3 of overhead storage compartments.
STREETWAY at the stand is the 12-meter CNG version of the vehicle. The vehicle is equipped with a 310 hp (228 kW) Cursor 9 EURO VI-e engine and 5 x 320 liter CNG3 type high-capacity tanks. With a capacity of 26 sitting, 73 standing and one wheelchair, the vehicle has full air conditioning, USB ports and a manual ramp for wheelchairs.
The E-WAY on display is the 12-metre model that charges overnight with the Combo CCS 2 charging socket. The vehicle is equipped with a 120 kW electric traction motor and high-energy lithium-ion NMC (350 kWh) batteries. With an electric ramp and 3 doors, the vehicle offers comfort and well-being with additional triangular windows, full air conditioning, USB ports (Driver and passengers), 24 seats and a wheelchair space.”
